Default How to ensure CNG has never been Installed in Vario City?

    Hi experts

I am looking for a Vario city and want to check that CNG has never been installed in it

What are the tell tale signs which cannot be hidden by the seller?

    Thanks

Well, we know how sellers, especially dealers are. Actually I meant CIty Steermatic, as I am looking for that, I guess same would apply to it, as I do not want one which has been abused on CNG!

I guess the holes could be filled, but there would be some tell tale signs?

y would anyone go into the trouble of filling the holes with steel putty and getting it painted? usually rubber washers are used

better thing to do is check transmission whether is behaving alright and not making any sounds

PS: My friend was once sold a steermatic, Which had CNG was removed the CNG filling hole was filled and repainted from inside. So it wasnt possible to caught by a common man.

Check the engine manifold for the hole for CNG supply to the engine

The best way is to get a mechanic who'll check the preformance of the car , which may differ if CNG was fitted .
