Default Honda City 2005 acceleration on CNG (RPM going up at neutral)

    Hi All,

I have honda city 2005. Recently it has started to give this issue on CNG (on petrol working fine). When on neutral, the engine try to auto accelerate, mean as soon the RPM goes below 1, then engine accelerate itself to increase the RPM to go between 1 and 1.5. Any idea whats wrong. I checked with a mechanic and he said the CNG sensor needs adjustment.

    Thanks in advance.

rough idling indicates idle air control valve problem. lets wait for the expert
The best car safety device is a rear-view mirror with a cop in it.

if the car is fine on petrol
better not mess around with throttle and its settings

go to a cng mechanic and ask him to check emulator/advancer & reducer kit(maybe inner diaghram damaged)
Life is short and very unpredictable just like a Quarter mile .....

If its fine on petrol..don't need to diagnouse any sensor or throttle body..just check air filter and cng setting..
