As far as I know you can Leave Fuel Filter replacement (Approx 7k) from the list mentioned above. And you can reduce the cost of new Brake Pads(approx 5k) if they are not required. Rest will be the same approx (18k)

Fuel filter is replaced at 40K, so that wont be replaced. Brakes will not need to be changed, nor is tappet adjustment required. Somewhere around 20K for 20K service.

Even if throttle body needs service just get it done from some pit shop man, they wont charge more than 500, my father has 2007 gli done 40k (since he is retired) I only changed its spark plugs once

the problem is that to get the throttle body done from a pitshop man is a HUGE HUGE risk...i mean he can totally ruin it and i wud end up driving a sedan gulping fuel of an SUV

That is not going to happen so easily. Your car is equipped with numerous sensors so they just wont let the average increase. Throttle body is only for air passage it passes air in correct volumes to the cylinders where it is mixed with injector fired petrol so the average wont deteriorate. Cleaning throttle body helps to achieve better throttle response and better pick nothing else.

If you go for throttle body cleaning let them do it but keep an eye on idle stop screw, better mark it with some color if honda has not done so and if after throttle body cleaning if the mechanic tries to mess up with idle stop screw just kill him there and than. That screw is not supposed to be touched and once touched will require touching every now and than
