Default Suggest Tyres For Honda City 2009

The tyres are Yokohama 195 65/R15 91H in my car which were installed by the previous owner. The rims as well which are making the tyres come out of the body. I wanted some suggestions if these rims have some good value that I could exchange them with some decent ones. The tyres were installed by the previous owner nearly 8 months back. Roughly can I get some value for the tyres and the rims? so I can get something like 185 size installed.

I personally don't like the design. I'm not a fan of fancy rims. These were installed by the previous owner. I like simple designs. I don't like the tyres coming out of the body as well. I'm wanting to keep it all simple and decent.
