If you applied your brake hard and firmly, it could've been the ABS.

But, i am sure you weren't stopping from 60 to 0 kmph in a few seconds under regular driving, so i would get it checked by Honda workshop. Could be some fault with the brakes and god knows what
Turbo lag is like foreplay. You know it's coming. And it's gonna be good.

Get your car checked by honda service center. It might be in warranty.

If it was a Hard braking (like we have to apply on a mehran) then definitely that kind of pressure for this vehicle will trigger ABS resulting in such sound, but if it was normal braking, then may be some issue with ABS or brake etc.., if the sound persists, then go head and check with HONDA center for possible solution...

This could potentially just be nothing. It happens to cars equipped with ABS when the brake is applied and the car goes over surface that changes.

Test it out if there is gravel on the road, it will happen again. Totally normal.

Boiling water? Like blubb blubb? Its the noise of the coolant in the radiator reservoir bottle. It sort of 'jiggles' when you brake. Ask @waleed80.

Exact thing happened to me with my XLI 2011

The problem came out to be a cat sitting in the engine bay area.

Actually this is so called knocking and happens because of poor fuel cuz same happens in my nissan pino when u apply breaks engine rpm decreases and poor fuel quality causes it to knock just try 70 normal petrol
And 30 hi octane and this will dissapear if its knocking or wont

this city does crazy things u cn hear fuel in the tank moving here and there when u come to stand still in a quiet place, like inside garage......then the washer fluid also does this blubb blubb sound when u are driving in first gear on a bad road, like rocks and mud etc....for that u either have to keep it full or empty...anything in between makes sound.....then the brakes, well my brakes make a weird sound till today, and no one has ever been able to find out whats wrong...it gives this gggghhooooooonnnnn sound when u apply brakes...and the sound diminshes as the car goes slow (and no its not abs ggrrrr sound...it comes even with soft braking)...so the bottom line is, u have to find it out urself...if u expect honda guys to do something for u, sorry mate, u r wasting ur time......

same happened to my car as well..it was fine earlier, and then just one fine day it started producing this noise. i took it to honda guys and they tested and tried it, and listened to the sound very clearly but said that just wait and see how it goes. before that i had this terrible sound from the second satge of the exhaust which they cud not even identify that where it was coming from. for three days i went to them when finally they said its my wehem....after that i tore them apart inside out....then went to another mechanic, my old tested one, got the sound indentified, took them to his shop, made them get into the pit and only after that they said....oooohhhh acchhaaa...is cheez kee awaaz hey....again i wud give u the same advice...try to look for the reason of the sound urself, diagnose it and only then go to the lords to make it right
