yep - all oldschool Honda A,B,D,F,H,G engines had this. KOEO = fuel pump FLR pin running the pump for 2 seconds via the main relay. The CEL goes out after those 2 seconds.
If there is a wiring error - the lamp stays on and also stays on after start.
In some cases I have seen some "zabardast cheeta qism ka electrician" install a diesel glow timer with 2 second delay for the CEL after he installed a duff ECU or broke a sensor or wiring plug. They can easily get away beacuse for them a revolving engine = FASS CLASS - kaam poora
