Default Honda City IDSi Manual 2006 Fuel Consumption problem

    Dear Expert
Have a good day, i have honda city Generation 4 (Manual) and having very serious problem with it, i cant drive my car on petrol because its just giving around 3-4 km/ltr average on long drive with AC and without AC is much better.

i have visited Pak Auto Chuburji and they check its computer and found noting wrong, all codes and sensors were were working fine. on CNG its mileage is awesome.

i have checked its fuel tank and all fuel lines one by one but nothing found any leakage, engine is perfect and very sound,

plz suggest what to do, i have spend lot of money to fix this fault but failed to do.
