    Default Most Fuel efficient Car : Honda City IDSI

    I found honda City IDSI is the most fuel efficient car after hybrids.

    At speed of less then 100km/hr
    Motorway = 21 km/litre
    G.T Road = 20 km/litre

    At speed of around 120km/hr
    Motorway = 18 km/litre
    G.T Road = 17 km/litre

    Local driving (In islamabad) = 14~15 km/litre

    Configuration of car:
    Tyres = Bridgstone Ecopia
    Oil = Shell helix Ultra Fully synthetic
    Model = 2005
    Mileage = 101000
    Maintained by Honda.

    Salam Brother,

    i have city 2007, 138k on odo totally driven on patrol,
    what is terrible for me its consumption i m from karachi in city driving it wont even give me 10kmpl with AC full time,
    kindly suggest me what to do to enhance its consumption i have done everything what other members said about city economy,
    like throttle body.oil/air/filters. tunning. tappets etc etc..i m having 14/65/165 Yokohama tires and i m kind of calm driver never hypermiling. and always changed gear within 3000rpm. and speed never goes upto 60-80..

    do let me know the role of fuel injectors cleaning.

    your opinion would be highly appreciated.

    quick reply would be recommended
