Default Honda City - AC Drain Blockage and Decreasing Radiator Coolant

This issue recently started when i first heard sound of water coming from the dashboard. After that i've realized that the radiator coolant needs refiling after 4-5 days. The water from AC isn't coming from the drain as well and you can feel cold air coming from the drain pipe instead of water. Are these problems linked or are two separate things?

    Appreciate the help!

the sound of water is low coolant level and the heater core is filling with liquid. water not draining from A/C is a problem of clogged drain line - clear it out with a wire. Its also normal for some air to come out from the drain pipe - however water only drains out when its humid - its winter nowadays and there is almost no humidity where you live - hence no water is draining out.

Drain Water Comes Due To Condensation In Humid Weather ....Due To Dry And Almost No Humidity Nowadays...Its Around 20% Now....Then There's No Water.....If Drain Is Blocked Then Water Will Fall Inside On Carpet....!

These Are Two Diff Issues And Not Linked......!
