Question Best Wheel and Tire Size for Honda City iDSI 2004

My car has 14" alloy rims with 185-65-R14 installed. Now, its a stage to change the tires. Before this, I just want to know that should I stick to 14" alloy rims with same tire size or I should go to stock size i.e. 165-80-R13 as somebody tell me that using up size rims effects fuel efficiency and braking system of a car. Therefore, expert opinion is solicited, please.
    Regards...

185/65/14 is good size for city. No need to change. I am using the same size in my city 06. Tyres in order of priority are
    1. Michelin energy saver
    2. Yokohama A/C Drive

Best Wheel and Tire Size for Honda City iDSI 2004 -1545799syedjz is right, but i change my Honda 2007 tires 185/65/14 to 185/70/14 for better ground clearance, I chose Bridgestone because of good ratings for better grip on both WET and DRY roads.
