Default Honda City rare screen updates - anybody could help pls ?

Hi there, Day before yesterday, my honda city car's rare screen shockingly broke, and during the time when it was broken my father in law were standing beside the car and it happened all of a sudden, and nothing at all stuck on the mirror, it just happened all of a sudden and I still can't believe what happened with my car, can anybody please guide me what's the best solution, as I went to Honda city head office even and they said they will charge 27000 for that, but its not at all my fault, so I'm afraid I can't really pay for that eventual mirror broken by own, any body who could guide me what's best to do please ?

I have also attached some of the pics for my car,
    Many thanks... Haseeb

It happens when the car is parked under direct sun and the internal pressure of air builds up to intolerable levels for the glass. This was common in the older cars which used weaker glass. Happened with me back in the 90's in Mehran.

Yeah that makes sense, but mine wasn't older at all, I bought it just it back in 2012, and it is Honda City, that should have least chances of breaking glass :-s
