Default Help convert manual 2005 city into automatic

Hi i own a 2005 honda city and due to the traffic now a days in lahore i want to change the transmission to automatic. So apart from the gear box what other things are needed to be changed.
Do i need to change the ecu or make any other connection. Basically what needs to be done in order to convert it into automatic?
Any help would be highly appreciated. As i have no clue at all what to do.

Ecu will probably need to be replaced. it isn't worth it, not on a nice honda city. if it were a cheap suzuki it would be a different story.

honda automatics are badnaam for being delicate anyways

Sell this car, add some money and buy an automatic car. Swaps at hands of our ustaad jees is not a wise thing.

The ECU has that embedded in it, meaning it controls both engine and transmission. Honda being the super el cheap manufacturer they are will never spend money to make a separate transmission control unit - specially in a econo car like a city.

    Salam guyz

I have facing a problem with my honda city vario 2004 running on petrol (no cng)

Every one says it is a fuel efficient car.. While i am getting 10km/liter with out ac in the city.. Which should be at least 12-13 km /liter

It is properly tuned up every oil changed including cvt gear box...

    My tyre size is normal

I don't face any problems while driving.. Like it having a smooth drive and my driving habit is normal... Like 80-100 km normally on our very own canal bank road =P

Checked every sensor with computer.. Everything is normal and in proper working condition..

Yes i have Hks exaust installed in it but not with free flow piping just at the end of pipe is that a problem

So is there any one (plz experts only) who can help me getting the average better?

And what is the idle rolling speed of honda city vario when we release brake? May be the rpms are high

    Plz i need help
