Bro new spring shocks will cost 15k-20k Approximately. And for oil go for shell semi-synthetic Hx7 5w-30 i am using it in my idsi 150k driven. And for tires go for 185/70/13 or even you for 14" rims they wont affect as i am myself thinking to shift to 185/60/15
