    Default Manufactring Issues

    Honda still bluffing like always.... got new city yesterday... Doors colors are not matching with each other...can someone guide how to speak to hire people or.... at the end would i need to fight for legal court things...????

    Seriously ?? You wanna file a case against the Company
    Don't ever think to do that cause this case will cost MORE THEN THE PRICE OF THE CAR
    So Simply if you have Problem with the car and Claim for refund for the Company

    The dealers/3S might have done this to cover their error.

    Colour mismatch does not comes from Factory deliveries, while transferring to dealership any ding occurring gets repaint and there you are with a mis-match body panel.

    File a complaint in Consumer Court. You don't need any lawyer.
    Almost everyone in Pakistan is doing corruption to the extent they can. Our leaders are doing at the level they can do. So why should we complain?

    Consumer court is the option left they will decide in 6 months maximum
    Lawyer will be necessary
    If court is satisfied court will decree in your favour with cost i-e lawyer fee etc

    Thanks Smokin...... in this country the powerful remains on top either commiting all blunders and criminal acts..... Not sure Consumer Courts works as an independent entity and decides fair and frealy. However, will try for it.... thanks.

    Yes you are right brother but if we look into stats of the decisions of the consumer court 90% are pro consumer so lets give it a try

    Take it step by step my friend. No point in taking a "jazbaati" decision.

    Speak to the dealer and try for them to resolve the issue. Usually they are quite entertaining.

    If you fail there, take the matter up with Honda Pakistan. Complaint of the dealer to them as a customer usually will get the job done. They would instruct the dealer to handle the issue and resolve the complaint (with a threat to remove them as an authorized dealer).

    If you fail there, go down the consumer court route. They are there for the interests of the consumer so your chances of getting a favorable decision are quite high.

    Social media can also be used to publicize the matter (but make sure you does not come off as a mischief maker)

    Thanks dear..... So far the dealer (A 3s Dealer) admitting all mishaps and confident enough to portay the issue is from Hona Factory side.....i am waiting for their head office call now..... Taking all the things very calmly and hoping to get fair justice.

    Strange point is...How come they deliver their brand without final Q.A..???.. I must make efforts from my part to aware public on social media or other sources.....my moral responsibility...

    They made a blunder!!!!!

    Honda has some serious problem with silver color... i have seen many 9th gens with different shades of doors.. in fact sometimes i think my 9th gen to suffers from this though i hope its my dilemma

    consumer courts FTW

    but first. lodge a written concern to the dealership and the company.. and see what they have in mind.. pertaining to consumer court.. if ur claim is right.. u ll get a car or 2.. in 2-6 months.. plus they gonna pay ur legal fees too..
    people who use Highbeams.. once day would suffer too bigtime. People who drive slow on fast lanes, remember one day a vehicle carryin ur son, dad might get late to hospital coz people like u. underaged driving will land u in bigtime trouble one day or the other.. And the Blue indication light on ur speedometer denotes "High Beams"
