Take it step by step my friend. No point in taking a "jazbaati" decision.
Speak to the dealer and try for them to resolve the issue. Usually they are quite entertaining.
If you fail there, take the matter up with Honda Pakistan. Complaint of the dealer to them as a customer usually will get the job done. They would instruct the dealer to handle the issue and resolve the complaint (with a threat to remove them as an authorized dealer).
If you fail there, go down the consumer court route. They are there for the interests of the consumer so your chances of getting a favorable decision are quite high.
Social media can also be used to publicize the matter (but make sure you does not come off as a mischief maker)
