Default Heating issue Honda City 2007.

My honda city 2007, is facing a severe heating issue. I have to check the radiator and water supply every time before leaving, still the engine overheats. The light doesn't blink but the water finishes off pretty quickly and engine emits alot of heat as compared to before. At times the radiator's pipe sends water back to the water supply bottle, which then starts leaking. I showed it to a mechanic who said the radiator and gaskit is fine however the water body needs to be changed. He is asking Rs 7,000 for water body (Japanese), radiator cap and service. Please tell me if this sounds reasonable, also please comment if the charges are reasonable.
My car has done 150k +, however it recently started over heating.

Just a suggestion! Dont drive ur car in such state because heating would kill ur engine like a fast growing cancer. Toe it to honda/ ur trusted mechanic nd let them do their job.
