Default How much idle time for warm-up?

Hi all, I read City 15's manual and it said to run at idle for few minutes if outside temperature is freezing or car has not been driven for few days. But some experts say to idl it only for 30 seconds.
Please tell how much idle time is necessary for engine's health.
    Regards.

Warm up till the blue light indicating C goes off.
C indicates that the engine is cold.

Let the engine first warm up till the cold temperature light goes off and you will also notice the rpm will be at 1k after the light goes off. It's better to take the car for a drive after this

But many professionals recommend that 30 second warm up is enough. Then we drive slowly till C light goes off.

Yea but still it's better to wait till the light goes off.
