Default Aspire 1.3 - new user, a few questions.

I have recently bought a new Honda City Aspire 1.3. Initial plan was to buy an automatic standard City 1.3 but I changed my plan at the last moment and went for Aspire. As I was focussing on 1.3 standard, I did not opt for 1.5 Aspire.

Just heard from someone that 1.5 has a better fuel efficiency. While I will be analysing and relaying my results soon after I get past the 1,000 kms mark, I would like to know if the decision primarily based on the fuel efficiency was right or not?

Secondly, does anyone have the experience of driving City in hilly areas. How does a Prosmatic 1.3 perform in hilly areas? I am especially concerned about the long sharp hilly roads.

Thirdly and this might seem a stupid question but where on earth is the escape button on the GPS? Plus is there a way to turn off radio? The only way I could find is by turning off the power of the GPS.

    Would appreciate your help.

Using 1.3 manual city 13 model. Has more than adequate power and torque but no idea of auto. Secondly, press the DVD labelled button to change radio.

Hash4u..... I am certainly enjoying the ride but I never had enough time to do a lot of research so it is good to have some input now.
@1503 changing radio is not the problem. Turning it off while keeping navigator is on is the issue. I know it is stupid but it is certainly annoying.

Hash4u...... Awesome..... That's all i needed..... Have never accelerated my car in my life..... More of a soft driver..... To the extent that I sold my Civic for some reasons and bought Suzuki Alto 660 Japanese and adjusted easily. So acceleration will not present an issue as long as it takes me to all the places i want to......

Thanks a lot for your feedback.... And please do help me out with the escape button as well if possible..... 😁

Yes, its suspension is stiff, if compared to Corolla or any JDM. The jumps/bumps are not cleanly taken. However, the whole drive experience is pleasant, the road grip, acceleration, braking, handling is too good and better than Corolla, and I am talking about City 1.3 M/T

As far as my experience is concerned it is pretty smooth even on bumpy roads. The drive is really nice and acceleration is not as less as portrayed by some. With under 500 kms driven I am already getting over 12 km/l. It is all about how one drives.
