Cool DIY Honda City 08 Tuning

Today opened up the throttle body of my City 08 and cleaned the Idle Air Control Valve (IACV) and throttle plate with carb cleaner and also cleaned spark plugs.

in my city there is no cabin filter. try operating the AC without cabin filter. presence of filter reduces air passage b/w evaporator and blower.

Removing the filter mean all the dust will go to the cooling system/Box. which will end up with frequent AC servicing.

I have removed the filter and its was working fine but after running for 5 to 10 km its doing same this. Airflow reduced and noise is same. Could it be the issue with connectors/bush of motor. Some of my friend was telling that its relay issue. I don't have any idea about the what is relay...........
I check with mechanic with 2 person everyone is telling different story and seems like they just want to make money and they don't know the exact issue.

Mechanic 1: Servicing is required for cooling box and whole system. Once they will open if any part is damaged/depreciated need to be replace.

Mechanic 2: Blower with motor need to be replace + AC Servicing.

These mechanic make you more confused as they themselves don't know whats the issue.

On what speed you run the blower Motor. Try removing blower and run it directly on 12v and see the response. If it lowers speed then it motor fault.

AC guys will always tell they r going to service AC as a whole and charge u 2000 minimum
    Blower is electrical component
Go to a good electrician n ask him to check blower motor only

@MBBS I have 2006 Vario, bought earlier this year. I got it tuned from Honda 3S at that time, they changed all 8 spark plugs, did tuning etc. since then my car is doing absolutely fine but there is a little sound of knocking even before I bought this car. Should I replace fuel filter at this 20 K tuning or even when my car is giving me absolutely any other problem, should I really go for car tuning?

Plus any suggestions on brake pads other than OEM as they are really expensive, I need to know if there is any other option which can replace OEM?

vario has inherent problem of knocking
just fill in 500 rupee worth of hi octane while topping up with regular fuel
nissin brake pads are fine and cost 2000-2500 depending from location of purchase
