Default R15 185/65 Tire does Impact the meter reading of City 2007 ?

I have installed R15 185/65 Tires in Honda City 2007 model.. Originally it comes with size R13 .. So does installing R15 impacts on meter reading ? And if it does than how much ?

It will depend on the diameter of the old tires vs the new tires. There are websites which compare the two sizes and give you difference.

install any speedometer app in ur smart phone
and see how much your speed shown on phone is off from car meter (on a stable speed like 80km/hr) etc
Life is short and very unpredictable just like a Quarter mile .....

I found out that changing the size from R14 175/65 to R15 185/65 will have 6.6% difference in meter reading .. 100km on the meter is actually 106.6 km !
