Anyone suggesting you to buy mehran as first car is right. And if I may suggest further, get a brand new car and mehran can fall into your budget as brand new.
Any second hand car that you buy will not be hassle free. You may take a mechanic or experienced friend with you to inspect and buy a car but whatever happens, it's your headache after you buy it. You will be standing in mech shops and negotiating repairs of a secondhand vehicle. Otherwise you will be taking an experienced friend to mechanic every time also so the mechanic doesn't fleece you.
Being a new driver, you may not understand much about different cars noises and problems also. A zero meter car will atleast keep you on road mostly and lesser trips to mechanic.
Many people drive cars they don't like but a hassle free mehran us better than a problem plagued 10+ years old car.
