I will advise you to avoid interest and go for ijarah (Islamic financing) if you want to get car on installments.

It's modus operandi is different so you must read all the clauses before signing.

Go for Meezan bank fixed installment plan. It's according to Shariah and is extremely competitive as far as pricing model is concerned.

Well , The markup rate keeps fluctuating with the kyber rate so their isn't a fixed digit.

At this time , the lowest markup rate is offered by Bank Al Habib and it has very less paper work too .

If you want to opt for islamic banking then go for Alflah Islamic .

Meezan surely has its benifits like exemption from WHT, monthly rentals start once u recieve the car and no upfront insurance. But it's in the end a bit more costly than the rates i got form Askari Bank last month. Btw choose whats seems more comfortable.

A bit more costly but according to Sharia

Lack some of payments up front also indicate that it's a favorable option. I made an excel sheet with Lease Repayment Schedules and then decided that Meezan was the best.

Islamic Banking doesn't have markup and hence there is a fixed option which has no link with KIBOR.

Your rentals are agreed upon and and for all. There can't be any variation in these wherever the KIBOR may go
