Default Honda City 2005 back engine

    Dear All

I need your help. My Hona city 2005 IDSI is reducing oil and its pick up is very down. Takes long time to accelerate. And with AC on pick up is very low. I went to mechanic he said engine is weak and its rings have to be replaced. Then another mechanic said just put a another used engine Qabli, it would just cost you 25k. They said when we take out the oil dip stick car is emitting smoke, they said car main bohat back hai. smoke coming back. However no smoke form silencer,

Please advice me should I just run this as it is or should i just change its rings or change to whole engine? Car has no other problem except low pick up.

From running point of view as well as from resale point of view.

    Really confused. Need experts opinion.

Complete overhaul a big no(assembly swap way better)
If a ring job can solve the problem, no harm in trying
Life is short and very unpredictable just like a Quarter mile .....

If there's no oil in exhaust then it could be the valve seals.
