Default Strange sound like water boiling from city 2007

AoA! For last few weeks my city occasionally produces strange sounds as I turn off the engine after short B(2-3 kms) or long drive. It's like water boiling and spilling. I ve checked the coolant and it's ok. No change in level. AC is working fine. However, the sound is there. Need trouble shooting advice

did you hit the car from underneath ?

my colleague drove over a small concrete ramp/divider in parking lot
the car hit from underneath and since then he use to hear the same sounds as you say
it was bent water pipe or something as far as i recall which he had to get fixed

    p.s it was a 05 city
Life is short and very unpredictable just like a Quarter mile .....

Try turning off the AC a few minutes early than switching the engine off at the end of your journey.
The hissing sound even comes at times from new cars. It has been most probably more noticeable after AC usage.
When a car is switched off with AC working, the gases from the compressor are settling, same with the condenser and boiling liquid in the radiator is on a cooling down process. Hence these hissing sounds can take effect.
But the AC when switched off a bit early. That settlement has already taken place by the time car is switched off.
Try this and notice if there is a difference.
