Default City vario 2005 rpm drop with AC on and shift to D

Have a city idsi vario 2005 clocked 110,000 km. Car starts fine on cold and hot but if put in D with AC on and brake pressed then rpm drop to around 500 and engine shudders like it is going to stall. Vibration is so intense it shakes the car's body. But once it starts moving the vibration is gone.
But pick is not very good
Also mileage is very poor 8 to 9 km / liter max with ac in lahore city driving
    Work done so far
-Throttle body service plus IACV valve cleaned.
    - Intake manifold washed after removing
    - pcv valve cleaned and hoses replaced.pcv hose was collapsed from connecting point to intake manifold
    - Injector cleaning done from magic motors
    -tappets adjusted from honda
    - all 8 spark plugs changed
    -Fuel filter cleaned

But the vibration in D with AC and poor mileage are still there. What else could be the cause?

No one ever faced this issue?
Could it be linked with ignition coils. I have checked spark of all coils but not sure if coils are weak

    Vario?

    Shudder + loss in power

Most probably the CVT foretelling you it's going kaput soon. Run it while it lasts, then have it replaced. A kabuli should cost you around 10k.

I already replaced the cvt trans with a kabuli one but the drop in rpm remained exactly the same before and after the change.
I bought Kabuli trans which was a bolt fit without any alteration in gear tooth.

One more thing... As I bought it few months back, the previous owner had told he recently got AC work done and also AC condensor does not look in very good condition. Can AC compressor/consensor have so much impact on fuel mileage?

I am also facing the same problem with my City 2004 Vario. Car shakes when its on D and stop shaking when its on N or P with AC. People claims their City is giving 15 to 16 KM per liter but i didn't get. Very Bad fuel average.

If it is shaking in D with brake pressed and AC OFF then you should first try IACV cleaning and "First clutch calibration"

I had replaced gear box alongwith valve body but the vibration at idle is still there. I have got it checked from many places with different analysis and also from a popular gearbox expert in muslim town. He told that gear is ok but engine is not 100% even though it is not reducing oil. But what is exact problem with engine no one knows?

valve body is not the problem, all of you seem to have IAC valves gone bonkers, due to improper adjustments by mechanics.
get the throttle bodies changed having an unopened IAC and check all pipes for any vacuum leaks, city is nefarious for leaks from break booster pipes causing irregular braking and idling problems as its connected to the inlet manifold and any leak there means idling problem.

Is there any known procedure to check vacum leak from brake booster ?? Visibly the rubber pipe from booster to intake manifold is ok, and no noticeable hissing.
My mechanic only thinks its geabox.
