Default Never loan your car - Came back with a heavy clutch and dead AC

So it goes, loaned my city 07, 95k driven to a friend in prefect condition and it came back with a very heavy clutch (feels like in working on my left thigh in a gym) and dead AC. He drove for 500km. He says "AC suddenly died after 100k, and no idea about why clutch is heavy".
    So here are my questions
Probable causes of dead AC and heavy clutch?
Suggest a good mechanic for AC and clutch work in multan (anyone local)?

PS: faced no issues with clutch or AC in last 3 years. And the clutch has not been repaired, AC was blowing chilled air even at mid day in heat of Multan.

@qwertypoiu seriously i think at 95000 and lack of periodical maintenance it was bad luck of the borrower that clutch ended its life and 'water in radiator' caused overheating and IVAC collapsed killing the cooling. the owner is asking for 'reliable workshop in multan' means maintenance history is highly doubtful too.

Yes, the warranty book is all stamped.
What I can foresee the clutch / pressure plate to be changed and I ve no guesses about the AC. What I can't understand is how he damaged the clutch in just 500km.
Any guesses what might be gone wrong with AC, he says that it suddenly started blowing hot air after 100k

ac might be a blown fuse or bad relay or bad connection. Is the compressor engaging?

driving like a chotya is how you ruin a clutch plate. If this guy is an experienced driver, it cant be a mistake

That's why i prefer to say sorry at the spot rather than feeling pitty afterwards. In my book wallet , mobile, and car comes under personal thing. But learned this lesson a hard way.

The problem is you can't say no to some people. They should take care but option of saying no is not availabile on choice everytime

People may call be snobbish or similar things but your car is your property I never loan it to anyone, the max is that I give it to certain friends to drive that too in my presence that's it.

Maybe AC fuse is just blown.

For clutch thing, it could be because some people have bad habit of resting foot on clutch pedal most of the times. But clutches usually go weak after 100-150k, so maybe it was already on border line.

In similar cases, i just say NO or tell them that car is faulty!.

I second the conclusion, as some drivers having habit of driving with half clutch pressed, this may have blown the pressure and clutch plates.

Checked fuse 1 and 5 inside the cabin, they are fine. Blower and condenser fan working and AC light on but only warm air is there? Any guess what's wrong?
