Default Which car is more expensive regarding maintenance Honda City or Corolla Gli?

Slam U guys are awesome been reading all the discussions in pak wheel forum from one month. Currently i am debating to buy either Corolla GLi 1.3 MT or City 1.3 MT... between these two cars price deifference is about 2.5 Lac..which makes me think twice before i take any step.... now my question is

considering i have a daily drive of 50 Km average in Multan City and surroundings.... Maintenance, AC performance, fuel mileage factors are the most important ones for me.

which car has best AC considering Multan's 45 C killing Temperature ?

does these both cars have almost same spare parts cost?, repairability etc?

which car is more durable in long term usage like for 4 years?

    Thanks for ur anticipation.

For your requirements, you should opt for a Corolla. Its a rugged car, able to handle bad roads easily - mileage is slightly less that City, resale is great, and considering the amount of Corollas on the road, finding spares and mechanics is relatively easy.

If you want a cost effective vehicle, opt for city. if you want a vehicle to last and enjoy, go for corolla. corolla consumes more, maintenance is slightly expensive but its worth it. the rest is up to you.

Only corolla is answer of all your questions.
AC of corolla is better than city.
Consumption is more than city though.....!
    Rest corolla suits you best.

The suspension of City is not made for rough road's that's the main reason...
Honda has Hard suspensions and they provide better handling while Corollas have soft suspension which would give you comfort but the handling is sacrificed. But not that much handling in Corollas is good too.

It's simple if you want a car for clean road's then go for city if you want it for rough road's go for corolla.

And AC is almost same in both car's i have not found any difference in the AC performance of both i found AC of City better but that depends how you maintain it..
On the other hand corolla 1.3 is a bit sluggish than city 1.3 due to body weight.
