    Default Pathetic Customer Service

    My Honda City 2015 had a minor accident two days back. I took my car to one of the dealerships in Karachi and they suggested that I should get the bonnet and bumper replaced since they were damaged. However, they informed me that they do not have a bonnet in their stock and it will take them at least 8 days to get the bonnet from Lahore. I decided to call up the other dealerships in Karachi thinking that one of them might have it and once confirmed I will move my car there. It came to me as a surprise that none of them had a bonnet in their stock. Half a dozen 3s dealerships do not have a bonnet in their stock. While I do understand that all companies want to cut down on their inventory but is it fair to make a customer wait for more than 10 days for simple replacement and setting of a bonnet and bumper? Once the bonnet arrives it will take another 3-4 days for them to complete their work. I called up the 0300 number mentioned on Honda's website. They said that they can expedite the delivery once I confirm the order number to them? Why can't they just coordinate with the dealership themselves? Isn't it the company's responsibility to ensure that they can facilitate the customer in every possible way? I'm not asking for any undue favors but is it fair to take 10-15 days for a simple 2-3 days job?

    Honda you guys are big time disappointment. I really loved my City and was a loyalist but now I'm never getting a Honda again after this pathetic experience. This is my first and last Honda.

    Your point is very much valid but sad we as public don't have much option. Heard that Toyota CS is even below than Honda. By the way what you stated above does not come under "customer service", I would call it customer pain.

    They only have a customer service department which was kind enough to answer my call after 4-5 calls. As it is I will be without my car for atleast two weeks.

    The bonnet was slightly smashed. It can be repaired but I was advised to get it replaced.

    The workshop representatives did say that I can get it repaired but it is not recommended.

    My point is very simple. Why do I have to wait 10-12 days for something which can be done in 2-3 days max.

    Why honda guys in karachi take sooo much time for even minor repair
    I needed to get a fender fixed and dat guy asked me to leave my car for 6 days for a simple repair
    Honda in karachi sucks big time
    I got work done from isloo once they hrdly took 2 days for major dent

    Honda or Toyota dnt really care about repairing. They have been taught to replace things only , obviously spares are expensive with hefty profit margins. At times, its better to get it repaired instead of replacing and you have to know it all by your self. Remb, never expect anything good from these dealers.
