Default Swift Auto OR City 1.3 Prosmatec

    Asalam-U-Alikum

I'm pretty confused as to which car to buy,Honda City Prosmatec or Suzuki Swift.

It would be great if you people would help me suggest a good option .

I am mainly concerned about fuel consumption and comfort.

    Thanks.

City all the way. City will give you better fuel economy. The only thing going for swift in my opinion is the inclusion of immobilizer. Otherwise City is a bigger car and much better resale.

Thanks, the thing is I fear suzuki because of its fuel consumption and honda because people on forums say that city has a "phatta" suspension...This is where i get confused

ALHAMDULILLAH i owned both at same time,

city got that suspention the word you used

    and swift has mileage issues..

but both cannot be compared, both are other things,
due to your mileage concern my vote will go for city, also bigger space, and trunk...

    BUT swift is something else

decision has to be made by you ...
Which of my photographs is my favorite? The one I?m going to take tomorrow ....

    Haale ,
    What are your priorities??....

If Fuel Economy and good space... Go for city.

The suspension of all Honda cars are for big city drives... They don't have concept of chak # 32-b ki solang wali Sarak... For that rooolla (corolla) is unanimous king.

SWIFT used to be good cars when they were being imported as single unit from Japan ...
Ab yeah hi Pakistanis ke haath lag chukki hai... And it does not have feeling of big car...
Normally Suzuki cars start giving engine issues ( coil, starters, spark plugs missing) after 100k mileage...

Please specify your usage(I.e intercity drive or hilly area or metropolitan usage ) . May be we can help you better.

    No offense to Suzuki users.

    Regards,
    AB

One more thing. In auto or prosmatec. Both shall have lower mileage than manual and both are sluggish (slow in pick up) when compared with manual.

@abdulbasit126 I basically want a car that is an all rounder.I dont think i can find that in PKDM,you know how our roads are not ever road is clean and smooth, for instance take pindi the roads are awfull to be honest potholes are all over the place and then honda city wont help much because of its suspension and secondly traffic is also a concern when in traffic a car uses more fuel so in that case a fuel efficient car would help. These cars with auto transmission are sluggish because they are using very old technology.. Secondly corolla is a great car but the auto version is well out of my budget 😂.
Japanese cars are in my opinion well built, rigid, more space/leg room, fuel efficient and most of all they are reliable. So know i think I'm gonna go for Vitz 2014-2015 or some other car may be... 😊

Yup Vitz or passo... Both can serve you well. Passo is nowadays more preferred than Vitz due to its better fuel economy.

Just Like Corolla... Vitz is quite durable and rugged hatchback in JDM Cars. Due to smaller size and less weight, acceleration and fuel economy is good. Also spares & Mechanics are now easily available in all cities of Pakistan. Thats why its expensive than its competitors even in Toyota.
