    @Retrograde

    hmm. I required the figures without using STEERMATIC option.
    First confirm this to me also.

    Did u perform this only on S mode and didn't use buttons on steering wheels ???

    And also was there any burnout during the initial start or u started ur car soberly ???

    These r better figures.

    BTW ALTIS complete 0-100 km mark exactly in 10 seconds when on PETROL.

    u4usman4u: I did not use the Steermatic and there was no burnout

    Well... Considering that Altis is 1.8 DOHC, my steermatic's performance is not bad

    Salam

    I had a problem in my Steermatic. a sound like tic tic or creek creek used to come from the pillars and area near sun shades. Got an appointment from honda for last saturday. They conducted a road test and the conclusion was that its comming from the wind sheild maybe due to poor assembling. They noted down my number and other details of the car and told me that they will ring me up within next week for a warranty claim since the person who handles the warranty issues was not available. Anyhow lets see what happens next week.

    Salam

    @RL589 very true bro, These tires are very good but not good for our roads. But this wind sheild problem started on 4th day of my purchase, thats why I don't blame the tires for this, its only due to poor assembling of parts.

    well this is what we have to bear while buying a local assembled car. anyhow, I am not sad about it as I was mentaly prepared for such problems to arise.

    Now I hope Honda will not remove the wind screen and then put it back cause I really doubt that it might increase the problems.

    Guys have no fear, let the honda guys do their work. Dont leave/sign any thing unless your absolutely satisfied. I have dealt with the warranty department and was satisfied most of the times (well i gave mitthai to workers for good work done lol) and every thing turned out to be well. I once had to get door adjustment done on my IDSI, turned out to be well too.

    @hsnmz,

    Have no fear, if thats what it takes to fix the problem, let them do it. Just make sure they glue it back on properly and you give it adequate time to dry out. Perform a test at honda with water to check if the windscreen is leaking or not after readjustment/instalment.

    @RL589

    Problem with used JDM cars is insurance too (you know the depreciation scene) and parts (but you can always have your dealer import them). So it turns out to ones personal preference and practicality. Best of luck.
