    @achron2001

    Steermatic tax is Rs.4,500 here in Khi. Don't know about upcountry. And the raditor movement is also present in my car. Do post the pics about how you solved this problem.

    @RL359

    Yaar even my vehicle feels a lilttle sluggish on initial start launch now. Car's almost 2 years old and done around 16,000 km. I've bought STP Octane Booster. Will add at next fill-up and let you guys know the difference...

    This play is not there in my brother's Platz, it's not there in my father's Corolla X and it's not even there in our golden oldie: 1982 Charade.

    But then again all these cars are imported

    thanks guys with yr kind replies really appreciate it

    well as i remember there was no play in the radiator body when i took the car brand new, i know it because i never washed the engine space only use air pressure to clean the dust and cleaned the rest with the dump cloth.so thats how on this sunday i noticed it. also shown it to a friend car work shop and that is the person i really trust because he is a very well educated and japanese qualified person in automobile engineering.he told me there should not be the play in the radiator body and when it was new it was ok now has make some play due to our road condition and various factor included but mainly play needed to be stopped.

    the thing which i did i will post the picture tonight with detail insha ALLAH. hope it will help u guys too.

    but may be me or my friend might be wrong regarding this play thing.

    yr feed back and comments will be really usefull to all of us.

    take care and kind regards.

    ok guys here what i did.
    i took two plastic knobes 1 inch in height and the internal diameter of there knobes was a little tight so i cut it from 1 place put some loctite in the inner part of the knobes and press them hard in the rubber and did not use the car for 3 hours , result is excellent no more play.
    these knobes can be find from the shop where they sell small plastic parts of the various cars. got them very cheap 20 rupees for two,tried to find rubber knobes but inner and outer diameter did'nt matched.

    the knobes i put they dont have these cuts. all round cylindrical and i cut them from 1 place to make them go firmly.

    now regarding the battery.

    i was feeling power windows were making kind of a noice when i press the button to pull they down and up. after putting 55amp battery that noice have vanished completely smooth operation.
    car stereo system is giving way more better reponse.
    well these two things i have noticed till now perhaps more will be noticed in coming days. will let u guys know.

    dear retro bro, i am in sea life for last 15 years started as a deck cadet and commanding as a master now, they way we mariner take these steel stuff movements comes with the extreme observance and playing with iron and steel all the time. this might be the case for me here that i take these movement very seriously. small movements of parts which are required and supposed to be stationary always make me anxious.
    i hope and pray i am not getting crazy in the sea.
    hahaha.

    its always been a pleasure to talk to u guys especially u, i purchased this car as per yr posted comments and i am really happy with my decision and thank full to ALLAH ALMIGHTY and u guys.

    Oil and filter changed every 2,500 -2,700 km. Use Honda Genuine API SL and the filter they supply. The oil turns medium brown by the time it's 2,000 km old. At 2500 it's dark brown. By the way the same oil filter (blue one) is available in the market (Plaza) for Rs.350.

    Once I got a green colour filter from plaza that was for Rs.550. The seller told me that this one is even better than the one Honda company provides.

    @ Bhoot & others

    who want to convert their steermatic on CNG. I replied someone as under:-

    I was also warned by some people and even City sales, Lahore didn't encourage me.

    I did some more research and found that mainly this issue is with vario.
    Since very few people own steermatic, therefore, feedback is also little.

    I consulted CNG Master, Lahore (Opposite Master Motors Suzuki, street-12, adjacent
    DHA entrace on Main Boulevard). He told me that he only installed cng on 1-steermatic and it had no issue. He put me through to Bank Manager who owned steermatic and had installed CNG from him. I personally talked to
    that bank manager and he was very satisfied and had no issue, and that car is driven by his driver! Bank manager told me that he has done approx 20,000 km.

    I also took the chance to go ahead with CNG. So far i have no issue and it has done 25000 km (in less than a year) and approx 60-70% mileage has been done on gas.
    I also travel a lot.

    Sometimes, when you switch between different CNG pumps, tranmission error/indicator shows up (I have learned that it is because of the quality of gas). But this doesn't effect the car anyway. Achieving 140-150 km/hr on cNG on motorway is no problem.

    It would be better to meet the guy at CNG Master. He is a pleasant person and will guide you more properly. His contact is as under:-

    CNG Master
