    I personally don't like the new Shitronic either.

    But did you, like countless others dislike the Steermatic initially?
    Was it because at the time Gli and Steermatic were practically the same price?

    firstly drive safe as the people here said and next ..... no offences to any city but there is no way a 2000-2003 exi on manual and fully stock can beat a steermatic as i have seen both the cars in action. a video of a lancer proved that a local 1300cc cannot match the vtec monster aka steermatic. i guess the city had some parts in it like headers and some other hidden parts like plugs and all. anyways drive safe and responisbly

    steermatic is much more than a fast 1.5 auto, it has driving pleasure and great value for money------brothers just see others post, this is the car that has changed minds of many dudes who disliked it earlier but after driving it once fell in love with it!!!

    just take a test drive and you will know what i mean - the car is quite light weight with 110bhp / 143nm torque so the accelaration is superb and is always more than what you expect

    i have never driven a steermatic in my life but by the looks of it and the technology that it has it sure wud be fun driving it, it is 1 of the most sophisticated looking mid-size sedans on roads today.

    @ xtreme1racer,

    Driving is real treat. With these tyres, pick up and braking is very good now. On bumpy streets its much more comfortable. Tyres are very quiet, hardly any noise.

    These were the best i could find in size 195/55/15. Otherwise, you can get dunlop 195/60/15 around Rs. 4700, also yokohama in this size also cost around 4800/-

    @RL, there's no way a normal 1.3 city EXIS can go over 170km/h. That guy must be lying. He must have done some slight mods that might boost the hp of his car by 5-10 hp. I've raced plenty of 1.3L with my steermatic and they usually suck the dust after 140. I'm surprised at you losing.....

    Race again in S mode and M activated. He will have a slight lead till 60-70 but when after that you should quickly pull away..........

    Read your post again.........................

    The car produces maximum horse power at 5500 rpm and in S Auto mode the car shift at 5200-5500 rpm so you were not getting exact 110 hp.

    @RL589:

    nice tyres , any reviews on the difference in price,handling,drive,etc ??? ( Question 4 u )

    @moizhusain:

    at the point of normal stock manual exi-s losing (agreed).

    the gears and points seem totally valid and need to be tested!

    the 'S' and 'D' feel the same to me when i used the "M" mode till 5 gears out of 7 (LOL).

    you seem to be a pro steermatic racer (Y)

    Salam to all.

    yesterday i purchased sparks plugs from fairsale autos for my ride.

    on my last visit to honda 3s when i asked them to change spark plugs they told me that they are fine and not needed to be replaced now ( car already done 20k).
    and even if i get it replaced they will be putting NGK BKR6E-11 , instead of NGK ZFR6K11. and according to them these plugs got approval of honda japan. :|:|

    Damm it was very difficult to find parking at plaza.it was kind of mr tariq mohsin that he came to the road while i was sitting in the car. i called him and gave him the reference of pakwheels and what i was looking for so he brought the box of plugs with him.

    a day earlier i also tried to find the the plugs recomended by raufnadeem516 but was unsuccessfull so got these ones.

    hope they will work fine.
    NGK laser iridium (premiuum)IZFR6K11 x 4.
    costed me 2400 rupees.

    the one's which got replaced are NGK ZFR6K11.

    attaching the pictures of the plugs bought and the old plugs snaps.

    now i dont have tension for to look for tyre pressure especially, as lcd display gives me pressure figure of each tyre pressure and tempreature too.
    All thanks to Allah Almighty ,

    thank you akbar for this nice handy gadget :d
    i am enjoying using it.
