Default Dunlop OR Yoko for city

hey guys i a looking for tyres for my city 2003 EXi, my dad says that he will keep the original steel rims but just change the tyres, so the tyre size will be 165/80R13, now i want to know which company is better for this as my car runs about 60kms per day, and can i increase the tyre width while keeping my original rims (i think its impossible), and please tell me the prices
