Default Civic 95: a family car or sports car?

i am looking for some info about civic 95, there are plenty of threads but most of them are just picture based. so some technical info about maintenance and affordability needed.

    1. is it worth to buy civic 95 when its about 15 year old now.
    2. is it a good family car to be used on daily basis or its just for speed freaks who love modifications.
    3. are parts easily available? how expensive are they?
    4. i heard its has carburettor engine and no efi, is it true?
    5. was sunroof available in civic 95?
    6. i also heard rear suspension require frequent maintenance, whats about it?
    7. what is the fuel consumption and its performance of cng?
    8. last thing, i heard it eats money from pocket, true?
    9. whats the market value of a trouble free civic 95?

so many questions but i hope they will be answered. thanks

    1. Yes it is worth buying.
    2. Its a family sedan, not sports car. Just cuz of its sporty looks and strong mechanical structure, it is considered to be the best for modifications.
    3. Parts are easily available and not so expensive.
    4. Carburetor
    5. Sunroof was in JDM versions
    6. No suspension issue like this. Everything of every car requires frequent maintenance. Depends upon how u use it.
    7. Fuel consumption is a bit higher as compared to the same category sedans. Best ever pick in CNG ive experienced in same category cars.
    8. Every 15 years old model will eat money. True
    9. Around 450K to 500K

    Thanx

It is family car and can b used for daily basis......market woth for troubel free is within 3.50 for sure.....lower body suspension doesnt require maintainance its nothing but myth.......

Parts are slightly xpensive as its 15 year old car now.....

As in General i would rather advise ya to go for Baleno or City98 model which is economical as well.....

If ya r look concious then go for civic 95 but trust ya me...its time is up now....

I agree with caan1 that civic 95 is 15 year old & its time is up now

Its market in Islamabad is too high these days. around 500K but the cars dont justify the prices.

it was a very good car of its time but parts are expensive and because of its low road clearence it use to hit the breakers very often. this is why requires under body work very frequently

civic 95 is easily available under 4 lacs, but a car 15 years old and trouble free, doesn´t make sense.

^ this is for pakistan bro but around the world any car under 3.5l is not meant for racing yet a family car

nd i would say civic 95 is more of a family car then sports .... but now adays if u even see one it it will be modified and NO family will be in it the car is meant for family purposes tho .... as u also mite know most sports cars are two door exception EVO

Any car under 2l is not a car.

Cars should have at least 4l-5l engines.

Depends on whose driving...Folks here on the road consider the mighty Mehran as a convertible sports-coupe equipped with a BDS Blower!! :p
