    Bro.

Measure the distance between the centre bolts of both wheels on each side, it should be same.

I think the front left wheel is pushed a little inwards from bumping in pot holes and speed breakers.

    1. check if the both front tires are of same specification
    2. check the jalebi bush with your mechanic,
    the spandle should be aligned

Yes its a manufacturing fault but only occurs if you change your stock tyre size i.e 18/65/R15

My alignment guy told me that they have made it that way to keep the driver awake during long drives on highway.

I did'nt buy it and asked him to rotate tires on my city which was drifting to the left before alignment, Car now drifts slightly to the left but its bearable.

    Default Civic 2005 alignment problem

I recently opted to change the tires from 205/70/14R to the original spec 185/65/14R in my civic exi 2005, and then I started noticing the same problem: The car now pulls to left side. I have visited wheels n wheels in sadar RWP and blue area ISD. Adjusting front left camber to -ive and front right to +ive seems to solve the problem. But now, the problem is that the front right tire appears too under-inflated compared with the front left tire.
I am not satisfied with this camber adjustment due to the under-inflated appearance of the front tire. I have the feeling that this tire may burst some day. A little googling tells that inappropriate play with camber results in difference of temperatures in outside and inside of tires. I will highly appreciate any suggestions on this matter
Is anyone aware of the company specifications regarding the camber, toe, caster/torque?

    Does it pull or drifts?

If it drifts, then live with it because every 7th gen civic i have ever driven does the same. Some people might be able to resolve the problem by rotating tire but it is almost always temporary. Just get it aligned to the spec

What does the workshop manual says about this? it could be the steering rack adjustment problem...? i will look into the manual later...

in my car 02 civic, i sometimes feel that its steering needs to be held. but it could be due to the arm getting tired... sometimes i feel that the pulling direction toggles with brake and race...
