    Default d17a2 ? in civic 02

    well guyz at last i have got a civic .. its vti oriel prosmatic 2002 , its condition is v good,,


    but one thing is pinching my mind that it has d17A2 engine ... i think its not the stock one ..


    any one knows abt his engine ,,,plz write..


    other wise the car is giving a good acceleration on cng ,, and has a very good drive .. .

    yep, im running a d17a2 in my 05 civic

    it is stock, but 1.7 compared to the 1.6 we get in pakistan. the d17 comes in our model civics in japan and america, and other parts of the world.

    i had a turbo D17a2, powerful thing!

    yeah ok d17a2 came in the car as u bought it?

    if so, then the previous owner blew the original block for the reason he got a d17

    wht is ur experience wth d17 wht usay differense in reponse of d16w9 and d17A2 keepig in view both running stock??

    but JDM and USDM civics have D17a2... and thats a good motor..!!!
