well i feel your gaskit is still not properly fixed i mean the car with coolant should not decrease water this quickly no matter how hot it is.

Waisa winters are coming guzara karo and in next summers go for the gaskit checking and water body checking again but chose some good mechanic.

My old charade its been 3 Months i hardly put any water in it.

Dont put on AC while going upwards. Open the radiator if the car is making foam on it means Gasket issue.

most likely if your radiator is fine then possibly your plug gaps are incorrect, timing is off or your head gaskit is on the way out.

@ sahil_khan88 assalam-o-alaikom bro.. bro ap ne jo foto show ki hai jis mein gauge slightly up hai wo bilqul normal hai. mere pas 99 civic hai pichle 2 saal se uska garmio mein n sardio dnu mein gauge slightly up hta hai humesha... aur meri car sirf 35k chalee hwee hai. to ye bilqul nrmal hai except k red zone k qareeb ho... phr dosree 2000 oriel the us mein b humesha slightly up hta tha, ager ap ghour se daikho na to wo exact centre mein hta hai.

dosree bat ap keh rahay hain k radiator mein pani kam ho jata hai. honda manual mein likha hai k ap ne jb b water level daikhna ho to jo reservoir bottle hai us mein water level check kia karein na k radiator unless gari heatup hwee ho...

aur jahan tak pressurized ki bat hai to petrol engine ka temp spark plugs ki wajah se ziada hta hai n pani radiator ka pani zaher hai garam hoga he to pressurize huna bilqul normal hai...

ager ap aur b tasali chahtay hain to honda pit shop ki bijaye honda peshawar ya honda forte wagera ko dikha dein... its normal.... dont worry...

furthermore, meri car ka MASHALLAH is tarah temp gauge ka slightly up hunay ki wajah se kbhe b water level kam nahi hwa....

    DEAR

I had the same problem with my car and I did all the things which you have done like changing the gas kit , using coolant and even changing the radiator....but the problem persisted.....

here is the solution....a bit expensive one but will solve the problem.....

    1. cx wether the car has been overheated by any previous owner or not...this includes you as well...

    2. The normal routine of changing the gas kit by mechanics and owners is that we only get the upper portion of the block faced and polished but not the lower one, since this requres removal of engine and is expensive. If you have not done this and only got the lower block faced by hand then the problem will persist.

    3. Get the engine checked as in pakistan usually the Odometer is reversed to show less milage before sale not realizing about the problems the next user is going to face.

    4. I got the radiator changed with a new one local made with extra water chanels but invain....as the tubes again got bent due to pressure generated being weak engine. though I saved some money on the up front by not installing a Kabli radiator which was 3500 expensive than this and was not available aswell.

    5. Finally this is not a single problem.rather a combination of 2-3 issues and requires an immediate attention as it may lead to engine seizrue.

    Now a list of DOs

    1. Get the gas kit installed as elaborated above.

    2. Get the engine checked if warranting for overhaul.

    3. Get the new Kabli radiator as this one must have been buldged due to pressure.

I hope this answers the question.
    Flying is my passion.

Maray bhai clutch & pressure plate check kerwao aur aak cheez or height per boiling point kum hojata hay jis ki wajah se pani juldi boil ho jata hay agar radiator ka cap proper na ho ya collar per proper set na ho tu bhee ye problem ho sakti hay.So it is better to check & replace the radiator cap.

MOST COMMON CAUSES OF ENGINE OVER

    HEATING

    /h2h2

    1.spanTimes New Roman";"

    Thermostat Stuck Shut
    /h2

The thermostat, which is usually located in housing where the upper radiator hose connects to the engine, controls the operating temperature of the engine. It does this by blocking the flow of coolant from the engine to the radiator until the engine reaches a certain temperature (usually 190 to 195 degrees F.). When this temperature is reached, the thermostat opens and allows coolant to circulate from the engine to the radiator.

If the thermostat fails to open, which can happen due to mechanical failure or if a steam pocket forms under the thermostat due to incomplete filling of the cooling system or coolant loss, no coolant will circulate between the engine and radiator, and the engine will quickly overheat?

You can check for this condition by carefully touching the upper radiator hose when the engine is first started and is warming up. If the upper radiator hose does not become hot to the touch within several minutes after starting the engine, it means the thermostat is probably defective and needs to be replaced.

CAUTION: The replacement thermostat should always have the same temperature rating as the original. Do not substitute a colder or hotter thermostat on any vehicle that has computerized engine controls as engine operating temperature affects the operation of the fuel, ignition and emissions control systems.

    h2

    2.spanTimes New Roman";"

    Defective Fan Clutch
    /h2

On rear wheel drive vehicles with belt-driven cooling fan, a "fan clutch" is often used to improve fuel economy. The clutch is a viscous-coupling filled with silicone oil. The clutch allows the fan to slip at high speed, which reduces the parasitic horsepower drag on the engine. If the clutch slips too much, however, the fan may not turn fast enough to keep the engine cool.

The silicone fluid inside the clutch breaks down over time and can leak out due to wear, too. If you see oily streaks radiating outward on the clutch (and/or the fan can be spun by hand with little or no resistance when the engine is off), it means the clutch is bad and needs to be replaced. Any play or wobble in the fan due to wear in the clutch also signals the need for a new clutch.

    h2

    3.spanTimes New Roman";"

    Inoperative Fan Motor
    /h2

On most front-wheel drive cars, the fan that cools the radiator is driven by an electric motor. A temperature switch or coolant sensor on the engine cycles the fan on and off as additional cooling is needed. If the temperature switch or coolant sensor (or the relay that routes power to the fan motor is bad), the fan won't come on when it is needed and the engine will overheat. Likewise, if the fan motor itself is bad, the fan won't work.

The system needs to be diagnosed to determine where the problem is so the correct component can be replaced.

    h2

    4.spanTimes New Roman";"

    External Coolant Leaks
    /h2

Leaks in radiator or heater hoses, the water pump, radiator, heater core or engine freeze plugs can allow coolant to escape. No engine can tolerate the loss of coolant for very long, so it usually overheats as soon as a leak develops.

A visual inspection of the cooling system and engine will usually reveal where the coolant is going.

Leaks in hoses can only be fixed by replacing the hose. Leaks in the water pump also require replacing the pump. But leaks in a radiator, heater hose or freeze plug may sometimes respond to a sealer added to the cooling system.

    h2

    5.spanTimes New Roman";"

    Weak or Leaky Radiator Cap
    /h2

If no leaks are apparent, the radiator cap should be pressure tested to make sure it is holding the specified pressure. If the spring inside the cap is weak (or the cap is the wrong one for the application), the engine will lose coolant out the overflow tube every time it gets hot.

    h2

    6.spanTimes New Roman";"

    Internal Coolant Leak
    /h2

If there are no visible coolant leaks, but the engine is using coolant, there may be a crack in the cylinder head or block, or a leaky head gasket that is allowing coolant to escape into the combustion chamber or crankcase.

See related question #16 for more information.

    h2

    7.spanTimes New Roman";"

    Exhaust Restriction
    /h2

In some instances a severe exhaust restriction can produce enough backpressure to cause an engine to overheat. The most likely cause of the blockage would be a plugged catalytic converter or a crushed or damaged pipe. Checking intake vacuum and/or exhaust backpressure can diagnose this kind of problem.

    h2

    8.spanTimes New Roman";"

Bad Water Pump or Water Body
    /h2

In a high mileage engine, the impeller that pumps the coolant through the engine inside the water pump may be so badly corroded that the blades are loose or eaten away. If such is the case, the pump must be replaced.

Most pump failures; however, occur at the pump shaft bearing and seal. After tens of thousands of miles of operation, the bearing and seal wear out. Coolant starts to leak out past the shaft seal, which may cause the engine to overheat due to the loss of coolant. A sealer additive will not stop this kind of leak. Replacing the water pump is the only cure.

spanTimes New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;"CAUTION: A leaky water pump should be replaced without delay, not only to reduce the risk of engine overheating but to prevent catastrophic pump failure. If the shaft breaks on a rear-wheel drive vehicle, the fan may go forward and chew into the radiator ruining the radiator

Maybe because you're driving in D. Try it in 3...
Otherwise its likely one/more of what @argtr65 suggested.

    Good luck bro

Bro, Get the THERMOSTAT VALVE checked. It might be malfunctioning. My Oriel's Thermostat Valve also blew up while going to Nathia Gali. Also, if u haven't changed the radiator cap go for a new one.
