There is some thing wrong. Take it to a professional mechanic, who has diagnostic tools, he'll plug in and check what the problem is. With check light on, your VTEC might not engage, means you are not consuming almost 40% of your Engine power

    Mr Ali,
    u have provided insufficient information.

did u recently convert car to cng and after that the light is on?
is the light on, on both cng and petrol?
Life is short and very unpredictable just like a Quarter mile .....

If the light comes on when on CNG, but not on Petrol, then there shouldnt be anything wrong. But if its there on both Petrol and Cng then there is a problem.

    Is ur car's transmission automatic?

Even on CNG, it IS a problem. My many previous cars and now present cars are on CNG... No problem like this in any of them

Simple solution is that just visit your mechanic who has the EFI scanner. Only he can tell you the exact reason for this problem.

I myself got this light on oftenly, and that was because of VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor). So i changed the accelerator cable and the problem was gone...

    Have fun...
