Default Honda Civic 96 VTI MT Vs Civic 97 Automatic

I would appreciate a suggestion suggestion on below matter for making a decesion

I own 96 VTI silver manual Islamabad number and its in great condiotion (200,000Kms).I am having an offer to exchange it with 97 EXI silver automatic lahore number (80,000km)and that car is also very clean and neat in use by one owner like mine.

Guy offered me 20 K rupees with exchange. Now I am confused if I should accept it or not.Few of myfriends are in favour ofexchange and few are not.so posting it here for suggestions.

Will post pics of both cars soon for comparison.

Auto transmission of these models of civic were not as smooth as newer models, so you need to carefully check its gear shift on CNG. if it is okay for you buying an auto can be very satisfying option with the kind of traffic we have nowadays.

Stick to your current car. Auto exi will seem slow and sluggish, especially on cng, compared to your vti.
