Just don't buy yokohama Aspec - they're wonderful for the first 20K kilometers, but then they start disintegrating...and end up being hard and slippery.

The ideal profile would be 185-65-14, but they look tiny on Civic CF. I'd suggest 205-55-15. And go for bridgestones..they're recomended by Honda.

I would recommend C-DRIVES, I have just changed Michillen's 195/65/15 to C-DRIVES 205/65/16 on my 1.8 oriel. Drove back from lahore on the new tires and enjoyed the sharp bends of Kallarkhar at 70-80 kms. My advice is, go for it.

Prices at Nila Gumbat in Lahore range from 5200/piece for 195's to 5600/piece for 205's. I did not check nor did I hear of any 185's. I feel in 15" normally the majority of folks go for 195's and 205's. For your vehicle, I would recommend 205/60, I have the same size on my EXI prosmatic in Yoko Aspec and gives me good road grip. However I am no to excited about the fuel average as it gives me 8-9 kms/lit in town and 10-11kms/lit on the motorway.
