How long that last time you changed transmission oil. Just change it now with good oil and try it.

    hello!
looks like worse problem.....HONDA what can i say about their 3S...it mean to me "3 x Slay" means they slay you from 3 different types ....auto tranny was difficult to find..try kabara market in your city as if in kacachi go to shershah...you can find some better things out there and get some expert mechanic with out which can buy and put in for you....

well man i wud suggest that.....go to an authorized dealer....dont take chances wth the transmission, as there r not many expert auto mechanics out in the market.....local mechanic might complicate the matter further, if u dont know any good mechanic.....simply tak the car to the honda dealer...u driving a prosmatec.....u need to spend sum $$$

well ill suggest too to go to authorised dealer coz honda has a quite complicated mechanism and few mechanics can handle it in depth.. ill give u an example once my cousins vtis timing belt broke and some internal parts were damaged too coz of it.. and he in order to save money went to a well known kind of mechanic in isb.. mechanic after taking off all the parts/engine failed to fix it.. and eventually after 2 days of khuaareey mechanic gave up and said that he cant fix it as he didnt understood the setup..eventually my cousin ended up at honda dealer with all parts opened up.. so think about it dear..

i dont know abt honda but bur ther are mechanics who can fix more complicated cars like a mechanic named Baiga in isb overhauled rx7's rotary engine.
i did'nt saw it myself but whn he overhauled my frnd's pajero he told us and i am quite sure that he was telling the truth.
honda'a vtec and prosmatic transmisson are more common and i am pretty sure some good mechanic can fix them, its just u have to find one
u can also take help from fli_gti(adeel bhai), although he is toyota lover.
how about VG30-DETT in nissan pulsar n12...

One thing's for sure. we shouldn't start buying the automatics because it will take a while for the mechanics to really understand the system. More over, the cost of a bad transmission far exceeds the benefits, if any ! Here is what I suggest, see if you can get a manual gearbox installed and get the prosmatic transmission removed all together. That would be a good solution unless ofcourse you plan on selling it soon , then you should keep everything stock (the way the car was made at factory).
best of luck. May Allah help you in your endevour.

I agree with Benz Cheap solution will be to get a manual Transmission original offcourse...
I know a guy in Rawalpindi he converted allot of 2.0d manuals to Automatic not sure about VTI.
Speed costs money, how fast can you afford to go.
