    Default My Civic 95 Got Hang From 1-2.5 RPMx1000 On CNG

    Salam brothers my Civic 95 Hangs On CNG when I give acceleration while car is in rest,my machenic tried every settings,when he do fully advance setting in which RPM goes at 8x1000 on CNG so It does same problem when he decreases to Standar like 5-6 RPM x 1000 so it does a little Hanging, this Hanging issue is'nt resolve i went at CNG tuning shops as well,no use,

    i saw Plug wire(Starting from Left 2nd number) when i took it out from it Car was'nt slowing down its race which it has to be,where as when i take out other three one by one so it slow downs is it a reason?
    2nd is my Kit is not lendirenzo its kinda TOmes blah blah name CNG shop keeper told me its better CNG kit than lendirenzo its Argentina,with dual mixture,i am a bit worried about it,please help me what should i do??he at the end said change the Distributor or set it at advance although its set at advancer fully in the cornered,
    when i suddenly PUSH the accelator while RPM is on 0 The Pin Goes Up a little slow from 0-2.5 RPM then suddenly it moves like rocket as it is supposed to be from 0-8 RPM constantly...it takes slight jerk while passing through 0-3 RPM

    bro is there any kinda oil on the plug which is not reponding?or i guess its the problem with ur engine valves.

    No Its not happening In Petrol
    I just Yesterday installed New Super BoscH Plugs
    With All New Kabuli Plug Wires,
    Last Night My Machenic Took Out THe Distributor i saw one Of the Karri(from where distributor attacted to engine) amongs two Was broken and Silicone was all arround it,2ndly It flies on petrol,1st 50,2nd 70 3rd 85 4th 110 5th 180 max i reached..
    Bro 2nd thing the Kit is not Lendi Renzo,one of the CNG tuner told me its better CNG kit then lendi renzo with 2 mixtures in it,its ARGENTINA made kit,but its fail due to its Parts are'nt available,
    @basitnaseer bro when he took out the distributor and opened it there was little oil under it, just a hint of oil in distributor,and no oil in plugs...

    @Ocean i changed yesterday all 4 plugs wire,so as i put super bosch single pin brand new plugs aswell...which suits CNG...and petrol both,
    i expereince another thing when ever i Push The Accelerator lightly so its fine with the Rpm no missing or jerk i get(talking about when car remains in rest) but when i give sudden HARD accelerator so i see it gives double sound from 0-1 Rpm and it i felt that Engine's Power is blocking somewhere,sounds get hard,
    some time in same setting last night maximum the RPM reaching was 4 than on very next accelerator it was reaching maximum 5.5-6 RPMx1000
    its beyond of my kan whats happening with it,though there is no Valves fault,No Smoke,No Such heating,Neither any cam shaft sound coming,from engine,mashAllah engine is awosom,just this HANGING on 0-3 Rpm,on CNG really messing me up..
    due to which when i drive so few USTAD JEE sort of machenics said me change the clutch plates lolz i laugh inside,because its my 8th dolphin but this kinda problem is 1st..lol i can judge the clutch pressure plate thing,but i dont think clutch/pressure plate plays role when car is standing in rest,on rest its missing,i also tried taking out Petrol pipe from carborator but its still no use...

    Waiting for any CNG EXPERT for reply....

    PROBLEM SORTED OUT AND NOW CAR IS RUNNING FINE

    thanks all...
    problem was the Converter inside the bonut,even being on CNG petrol drops kept coming...which was causing when accelerator push hard so it requires abit high amount of gas to folow acclerator so petrol was blocking it...
