Default Best headlight bulbs for civic? please help.

I have honda civic 1998 and year ago i changed the head light bulbs and installed those chinese blue coloréd bulbs.

They are so weak now that i can hardly view anything ahead. Can someone suggest which bulbs should i buy?

How much original costs and whats the best quality? Whats the best one in non-original stuff? So i can view the road ahead clearly.

Rally Bulb not easy to find.
Get Narva Bulbs..(they are best in aftermarket and give a pure white shade with double the visibility)
    Which city are you in?

The best bulbs are the Phillips X-Tremes H4 by far, but you will have to spend roughly the same as an HID kit.

You will easily find Phillips Rally Bulbs in car accessory shops.

Is there any difference between those Xenon blue bulbs and these?

Get over the fact that Xli lacks power windows, Its an Xli because it lacks thoose features or else it would be a Gli or an Altis if had all the goodies.
