    Default Civic Vti.......Starting Problem on CNG

    Dear All,
    EFI CNG kit installed in my car
    with Advancer+Emulator
    the problem em facing from few days is;
    sometimes as i start car and give accelarator to convert on CNG
    as early it converts the engine gets off.
    Sometimes it gets convert on CNG and remain started in 2nd or 3rd attepmt
    Mostly its happening when the egine gets hot;
    and as the temprature gets lower the conversion behave normally.

    Experts plz tel me what and where the exact problem can be.

    The problem is with "Electronic Power T" it converts the car from petrol to gas. it is basically an electromagnet whose winding gets weak. you will need to replace the Power T. it will cost you around Rs.1700.

    whats a power T, this is issue is common with City,

    u have to keep on the accelerator untill it normal on Cng, unlike normal cars that stay on when converted on CNG, i often get confused when im driving the cng as it most likely turns of in the first attempt, then i realize how to start, I know this is a common issue as mine + i know some city owners who say thats common in City, so mayb its common in the Civic to. So please check before changing anything.
    Get over the fact that Xli lacks power windows, Its an Xli because it lacks thoose features or else it would be a Gli or an Altis if had all the goodies.

    it can even be a emulator issue actually. Get it checked as well
    Life is short and very unpredictable just like a Quarter mile .....

    I went to replace the Electronic Power "T"
    It cost me around 1500/- (Original Landirenzo Solenoid)
    the problem has removed up to 50%
    It did works even when the engine is hot
    in smooth running, if i turn off the car, and then turn on the key its converting correctly.
    But still the problem remains is that;
    1. In morning its getting start on CNG in 2nd attempt, it turns off as it converts on CNG in 1st attempt.
    2. and another i have experienced after changing Power "T" that at a turning on rough track engine gets off due to low gear, but the ignition was ON, i turned the key in same position but car was unable to start (means Coverts and Off) ; but as i switched off ignition and turn the key again, car started sucessfully...
    Experts plz explain what and where the exact problem can be........??????
