My Civic vti 2000 is very excellent and smooth on Gas and Petrol on long run,

but within the city on CNG at low speed while stopping car, the RPM drops immediately to zero and then try to stable slowly slowly.

Advancer and Emulator installed in my car and working properly.

This problem is solved sometimes by cleaning the throttle body. But it can be a problem of your TPS (throttle position sensor) so get it checked.

Guys, to stop idle rpm changing, get the throttle body serviced and get the spark plugs cleaned and fine tune your cng adjustment from cng kit. The problem should be solved

Simply get the throttle body and the TPS sensor in it serviced. And ure done. No big deal
Get over the fact that Xli lacks power windows, Its an Xli because it lacks thoose features or else it would be a Gli or an Altis if had all the goodies.

Do NOT do that! it will open another pandora's box for you later. One fine day, your car will not start as the fuel pump will not turn; or worse, it will die while driving... our electricians love their wire cutters and insulation tape!

I would advise against this as well. blocking the air will do you no good. trust me.
