    wtf? 8k for just chrome covers? I remember ordinary covers for 100-150 for suzukis couple of years ago.if ur talking about the orig silencer pipes then its a separate story.why dont u just get the pipes chromed?will cost v less.or the chinese option isnt a bad 1 as ch hammas has said.8k is insane n not worth their salt!

    @Ch_Hammas:
    But from where I can get that Chinese, I have checked even the Honda Fortr, Honda City Sales they do not sell that as this is not their inventory product. I have even checked the Bilal Gung which is famous for availiblity of spare parts for the models which are even not introduced by the Company. But all in vain, there is only two auto parts dealers on Montgomery Road which are asking the price which I mentioned in my thread, and that is true that when I heard that price I was shocked and cursed that thief again who stole mine. I also thought for option as advised by the Zunny above, but you can understand that Car of that class expects some respect therefore DIY finished would lok ugly on that. Anyother advise is awaited.

    You shouldn't be paying a penny more than 200 rupees for muffler tips.

    @uj i dont think its worth spending even 1500 on these chrome silencer tips as in lahore u'll be soon deprived of them again!side mirrors,side skirts,wipers,wheel cups and any other thing these a**holes can remove are GONE IN 60 SECONDS.civic retractable side mirror costs 17k (price in pindi) n that too unpainted per piece 34k a pair! If i were u i wod get two chrome tips n attach em with a screw n tell the silencer guy to weld em on.the 2nd silencer tip is for ornamental purpose.no air flows out of it n its just att to a side.if u look underneath the car u'll see what i mean.i understand what u mean by detaiing of such an expensive car (for us) but u'll agree that it aint a ferrari or bentley that we should be so worrid about.they have no role in performance of ur car coz if it were i wod never had advised u on this DIY.spend as less as u can coz next time they'll be stolen(GOD forbid) it wont be such a worry for u!

    everything on the 1.8 vtec is pretty expensive..even the wiper blades are far more expensive than the universal ones, just a way to mint money i guess..these muffler tips are pretty hard to find in good condition..i paid 3900 for this, my mechanic got it for me..this was originally called in for a friend of mine who lost one of his tips on a speed breaker.

    At last I found the original from Atta Autos Montgomery Road for 3850/- each total 7700/- for two. I know that is expensive but my car look is complete though it was more comming psychology problem than any performance issue.
