    Default Engine Swap - Civic 84 Advice & Suggestions wanted

    I am planning to swap the engine of my civic 1984. I will be thankful for the advice from experts. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o:p></o:p>

    I have checked from Saddar - <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comffice:smarttags" /><st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Rawalpindi</st1:place></st1:City> - Ittihad Autos <o:p></o:p>
    <o:p></o:p>
    Complete engine (Civic 2000 vti) with Gear, AC compressor & wiring for PKR 50,000/- with old engine - which is almost expired.<o:p></o:p>
    <o:p></o:p>
    Installation / fitting = 8000/-<o:p></o:p>
    Wiring / Electrician = 1500 to 3000 /-<o:p></o:p>
    <o:p></o:p>

    one engine D15b vtec just do it
    and check thread engine prices in Peshawar u'll get good info of it

    find yourself an oldschool D16 DOHC (from an integra) - no cut - no weld straight fit in your engine bay with original driveshafts and everything

    If you re looking for power then u can go for above mentioned engines. D15b,d16s are fast engines. But if you are looking for economy with Cng then do little more research and select a engine which performs best on Cng.

    go for d15b single vtec..
    dats best performing on cng..n obviously super...!!
