Default 8th generation Civic fan and owner club

the 2006 generation Honda split the model into two different platforms, one primarily for the home market and North America and the other designed for the European market using a simpler rear suspension from the Honda Fit and more aggressive styling. As of 2006, a total of 16.5 million Civics had been sold worldwide, with 7.3 million of them in the United States.[5] Although the North American and the home market model differ externally, they are mechanically identical. The European model is available as a three and five-door hatchback while the Japanese/North American model is available as either sedan or coupe. Both Si and Type-R trim levels continue although the Japanese and European Type-R while sharing the same size engine are mechanically different. In the US an improved version of the Si tuned by Honda tuner Mugen is offered featuring cosmetic alterations and changes to the suspension and exhaust system. The Acura version of the Civic not only received the design change, but also saw a new nameplate, changing from the Acura EL to the Acura CSX. In Japan starting March 2006, the Honda dealership sales channels called Honda Primo, Verno, and Clio were disbanded, and combined into one retail dealership called Honda Cars.

100k requires plugs in addition to oil and filters. Don't remember exact pruce but a i think it's 4 plugs @Rs.1800 each.
The remaining cycle for transmission oil, throttle amd tuning is every 40,000 kms so that comes in at 120,000 if previous cycle is followed

Prosmatec or Manual is your personal choice but do keep in mind at least 70% Civics after 8th gen are Prosmatec. Manuals don't sell as far as i have seen and experienced

As far as my vague memory serves me
    Oil Honda - Rs.2450
    Oil filter - Rs.900
    Air filter- Rs.1850
    Plugs - Rs.8000 (approx)
    Add labour maybe 1000-1500
So you are looking at an approximate rough figure of Rs.13,000-15,000 plus or minus.

It's better to get it done from Honda, the difference in said items will be 20% higher at max but worth it to keep your car better in the longer run

Sounds reasonable. If a used car is good and properly maintained a few thousand here or there shouldn't matter once ure buying for self use and not buying as an investor.
If i were you and really liked a specific used car which clicks to the mind, I'd go for it even at a slightly higher price.

3M vinyl sheets are available at any car market such as glass tints poshish etc. The plain black vinyl sheet is also used by number plate makers who cut out of it and make letters to paste (for those fake government style plates)
U need an adequate sized sheet from which you can cut out the complete size and shape. I think it was Rs.150 per square feet. You may probably need a sheet 3 feet long and 2 feet wide (6 sft) to get a seamless single piece without joint pasting. That single sheet may accommodate multiple doors. So according to that calculation its 6x150= 900 Rupees.
Or you can contact 3M wrapping as well. It's available in both matt finish and gloss in black color

Better to get it done from the shop workers since it needs to be heated with a blower for stronger and bubble free pasting. Like the tinting guys cut out exact shapes of the window and do proper pasting work.
