it was not a solenoid problem
common sense, gas stops to flow when u top the tank
it seems some valve gets stuck when ever u top the tank
Life is short and very unpredictable just like a Quarter mile .....

    ^^ i never said that

his car does not start after top up. it means the gas is not going out of the cylinder
hence it shows red light and thus car does not start........

first - you need to manually check the sensor for working - shut off gas supply from the trunk, remove the slider sensor, key to on - engine off - the volume lights should work when the sensor is moved slightly.

If you are facing starting issues on gas - you either have a faulty gas solenoid on the regulator or a faulty start solenoid on the regulator. Any competent CNG workshop can test/replace them -
