    IACV needs to be changed. You'll get one for around 1500 rupees from scrapyard.

    The missing may or may not be the issue. However the dropping RPM surely is.

    missing, and the droping Rpm together can be because of a weak or dead ignition coil (plug wire).

    Try removing each of them one by one, if the car dies while removing any of them thoose are oky, but if u remove one and the car doesnt mis behaves that particular coil is the culprit,

    And if the car is a distributor less, then the calm shaft sensor could also be the culprit, but the Calm shaft sensor should light up the check engine light if the sensor is faulty.

    My baleno had a similar issue was gud on CNG but had missing on initials revs, Check light was also on, The culprit was a burned calm shaft sensor wire.
    Get over the fact that Xli lacks power windows, Its an Xli because it lacks thoose features or else it would be a Gli or an Altis if had all the goodies.

    Brother, I also own 2000 VTI and it doesent have a Cam Shaft sensor coz the timing of Cam is controlled by its distributor as it has a distributor engine. Here's the list of sensors for Civic 2000 VTI for u.

    Just for correction. Its "Cam Shaft" not the "Calm Shaft".

    ^ then Probably the IAVC is problametic, most of the times the issue can be resolved by cleaning the sensor if not then it needs to be replaced, consult your mechanic to.

    @tayab, sorry for the typo
